Accommodation on the Coral Coast
The Coral Coast stretches from Sigatoka down to Pacific Harbour with some resorts like the Warwick taking up to 2 hours to drive to. The beaches are shallow, which is great for the kids but not so good for snorkelling. The Coral Coast is home to a lot of the big original resorts like Outrigger, Naviti, Hideaway, Warwick etc. Most are getting pretty dated now plus the trend is more towards staying in the islands. Having said that, you can get some great value deals at some of these resorts.

Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort
Big resort just outside Sigatoka Town, one of the Coral Coast originals. Popular with families and those wanting resort facilities. Beach is ok but snorkelling not so good.
Geckos Resort
Located opposite the Shangri La, Geckos offers cheap dining with reasonably priced accommodation. Not on the beach but close to one.
Bederra Inn
Small resort located across the road from the same beach the Outrigger is on. Excellent restaurant, good value resort.
Coral Cove Beach Villas
Enjoy a private swimming pool and free snorkelling. Sigatoka is 20 minutes’ drive away. These villas are right on the beach at Maui Bay.
